Return and Exchange Policy

At Kamile Haute Couture, we strive to ensure that you have a great shopping experience with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for an exchange of product. Please follow the steps outlined below to return any items.

Return Conditions:

  • Contact our Customer Care at kamilehautecouture@gmail.com or call +971 569361096 within 5 days from the receipt of your order, providing an image of the defect.

  • Please ensure that products are returned in their original condition, with tags intact, in their original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged.

Policy on Returns:

  • We will not accept returns outside of the 5-day period.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as sent, as determined by our Customer Care team.

Specific Product Return Conditions:

  • Footwear and Bags: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if items are returned in the original box, packaging, and undamaged condition.

  • Dresses: Dresses can only be returned if there is a size issue or if they do not align with the measurements provided to us. Custom-made garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Jewelry, Beauty Products, and Fragrances: Please note, there is no return, exchange, or refund for any jewelry, beauty products, or fragrances.

Steps for Returning Products:

  1. To return a product, contact our Customer Care team via email at kamilehautecouture@gmail.com.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return and exchange process.

  3. You must request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.

  4. All customers in the UAE, GCC, and international locations must cover the return shipping charges. Failure to pay these charges may delay the return process and exchange.

  5. Upon receiving the returned product, we will provide a tracking number to keep you updated on the return status.

  6. Once the return is processed and accepted, we will issue an exchange or replacement within 2-3 weeks.

Cancellation Policy:


While there is no option to cancel an order once payment has been made, you may contact our Customer Care at kamilehautecouture@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount within 3 weeks.
